In class we discussed different types of questions. We learned that there are two categories of questions. There are “thin” and “thick” questions. For review, a “thin” question has an easy answer. Thin questions ask “when”, “where”, “who”, or “how many”.
A “thick” question makes the reader think and search in
their brain. Thick questions start with “Why do you think…?”, “What if…?”, “How
would you feel if…?”, or “What might…?”
